Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

Most domestic orders should be received within 2-5 business days. In the event you do not receive your order within that time frame, please allow 10-20 business days for your order to arrive. Sometimes there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as: extreme weather, holidays, global events, etc.

Shipping Days

Orders are usually shipped out on weekdays with the exception of public holidays. 

Shipping Fees

For all orders under $50, there is a $7.99 shipping fee. For orders above $50, shipping is free. 

Order Addresses

Orders are sent to the delivery address submitted with your order. Please ensure the address is correct or shipping charges for the return of the parcel and resending of the parcel will be charged to the customer. 

Order Tracking: All orders are assigned a tracking ID. Your parcel can be tracked to the point of delivery. In some International countries, it may not be possible to track your parcel past the point of exit as the postal provider in your country may not provide this as a service.

• Countries: We currently DO NOT ship to all countries. 
• You may be required to pay duties, taxes or other customs charges on your order when received in your country. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you.
